Cavatina

These are the entrance stairs to the beautiful Opera House in Paris. It really was an excellent location to visit and take photos, the architecture within here is stunning and I will be sure to return on my next photo trip here.

I didn’t take any time here to check out the statue that you see in the middle of the images, which is a shame as I’m normally quite good at that sort of thing. Due to the swarm of visitors coming up behind me I opted instead to rush up the stairs and try and photograph the rest of the interior while it was still relatively free of people. I failed in this, of course, as it’s such a popular spot.

Sometimes I hate having to share locations with other tourists 🙂
