These are the entrance stairs to the beautiful Opera House in Paris. It really was an excellent location to visit and take photos, the architecture within here is stunning and I will be sure to return on my next photo trip here.
I didn’t take any time here to check out the statue that you see in the middle of the images, which is a shame as I’m normally quite good at that sort of thing. Due to the swarm of visitors coming up behind me I opted instead to rush up the stairs and try and photograph the rest of the interior while it was still relatively free of people. I failed in this, of course, as it’s such a popular spot.
Sometimes I hate having to share locations with other tourists 🙂
