Sometime last year I was wandering around London and I happened upon Cross Bones Graveyard which I had never heard of or seen before.
It’s in between London Bridge and Borough, so a stretch of land I have covered quite frequently – yet somehow I had always missed it. Though it was closed on this occasion the gates were covered in trinkets and messages which I found quite compelling. Of course, it would be nice just now if I showed you an image of that, instead you get this underground sign that can be found on the hoarding beside it.
I didn’t really even take any photos of the trinkets etc themselves…yet somehow it’s now those that stick in my memory.
This is an automated post while I’m visiting Dublin, Ireland.
