This was taken behind the Sage building in Gateshead (which I always want to just call Newcastle as they seem, to me, to be the same place).
I had a little dilemma while processing it as I wasn’t sure whether I should leave the orientation as it is, with the padlock upside down but the background the right way up, or if I should have rotated it 180 degrees so the padlock itself was the right way up, but the background would therefore be upside down.
I guess I don’t have to tell you which option I went for, because unless you’re lying on your back and looking at this from a funny angle, you should be able to figure it out yourself.
I wish the paint on the padlock was green, or that I had thought to change it to green during processing, as that would have fit into the kryptonite theme quite nicely.
I’m assuming kryptonite is green.
Actually, I’m talking as if I’m assuming kryptonite is real…
This is a scheduled post while I’m in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
