Though I didn’t visit many metro stations in Moscow, I’m pretty sure I took more images underground than I did above ground during my time there.
This station, on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya Line, was certainly the number one location on the hit list. It was the last one visited in our short morning session and we arrived here at 7am to find one photographer already sat where this particular image was taken from. He turned out to be an American who kindly gave up the location and jumped on the first train out of town (then again, thefella does have that effect on people).
I have probably one more metro station to share with you, and a few other images, before we leave Moscow (never to return), so I hope you’re not too bored of this place yet.
