After a long day of travelling, thefella and I decided to get up at 5am in the morning so that we could check out the Moscow underground and attempt to get some images without people in them.
The system opens at 5.30ish, with the first train supposedly running at 6am, however on this Sunday morning there were already a lot of people moving around and trains coming and going from at least 5:45 onwards.
I love the London underground, but many of the stations in Moscow put them all to shame in terms of art deco design, some of them are pretty stunning.
From here on the stations got busier and busier which made it more and more difficult to get images in them, however we worked our way around 7 of them before heading above ground for breakfast.
