This is one of the more iconic landmarks in Berlin, their TV Tower. I know from a previous trip that it’s great to arrive at this location in the morning and see the giant ball shrouded in mist, but not so on this visit.
When I started processing this shot I immediately thought of the famous section of the Sistine Chapel and Michelangelo’s ‘The Creation of Adam’. The way the tower leads into the frame and is hanging there, seemingly waiting to be touched by the hand of God or, more likely, a great strike of lightning stuck with me when it came around to finding a title for this post.
So anyway, it’s Friday at last. I hope you have great plans for the weekend – I don’t, it’s going to be nice and chilled. See you on Monday.
