Back to Copenhagen for today’s image and another one from blue hour at the Tivoli Gardens.
It’s this image that I actually went to the gardens to get, but it turned out that the pirate ship image I previously shared was a nicer one, in my opinion.
One of the downsides to this particular spot was just how popular it seemed to be. I was only there for a short amount of time and was stopped by at least 6 people, ranging from individuals to groups of about 10 people asking me to take their photo. Of course, no flash on the camera resulting in the background being fine but the people too dark and a flash resulted in the people being way too bright. I ended up making sure everyone switched off their flashes and then I used my iPhone torch to light the scene.
In between taking each photo for people I rushed back to my tripod to fire off another long exposure before it all started again.
