The fact that I am still ill can only mean that I must have contracted malaria from one of the three mosquito bites I received in Jordan, or the two I had in South America. There can be no other explanation for it; even manflu would have gone by now.
I’m actually feeling a thousand times better today than I have recently, and it now remains as a bit of a sinus thing, blistering headaches and only partial dizziness and cold sweats at sporadic intervals. I feel I am finally over the worst of whatever it was and can hopefully fully recoup before our Christmas party on Friday.
Throughout this whole ordeal, it has been noted that my toes have remained fully functional and pain free. Go get’em toes!
Yes, I’m still on medication, what of it?
Meanwhile, in Jordan there is a place called Petra, and near Petra there is another place called Little Petra. It is much quieter than main Petra, and not as impressive, but it does boast of having ‘the best view in the world’ should you wish to clamber over a load of rocks to see it (though, it’s a lie – don’t believe it).
It’s worth popping along to though. You’ll get to see sights such as this one.
