Central Park was obviously on my ‘to do’ list when in New York, and with a rather nasty hangover on the Saturday morning I pulled myself there and walked around for a few hours in the sun, wishing I hat a baseball cap as my pale skin caught fire.
Central Park is lovely, and it really was a perfect day for it – especially when being a tourist and I could take my time to saunter around.
I loved the contrast of seeing the huge buildings popping out behind the trees that you see all around the park, and when I fell upon this scene I thought it would make a nice shot, so I sat on a rock, waited for the boats to pass in a way that was appealing for both fore and mid ground interest and then snapped away.

Brilliant. Great processing.

Should have just worn your hoodie!
Sweet shot man, like how the buildings are places in the frame.
